How do I place an order?

Visit the product page and click “Add to Cart”. Once you are done adding everything to the Cart, select Checkout and place all the relevant information.

How long will I receive my order?

We will ship out your orders within two (2) business days from payment confirmation. As a general rule, it will take around 3 to 5 days from shipping date to reach you,, whether you are in Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas or Mindanao.

If you have problems with your order and you cannot reach the courier, please send an email to us to help you out.

Do you accept layaways?

Yes!

For all on-hand items, we accept a 30% downpayment and 45 days to fill up the balance.

For special orders, it’s 50% downpayment and 45 days to fill up the balance.

We charge a 5% fee for the unpaid balance.

Can I order specific baby carriers from Natibaby, Lennylamb, Littlefrog, Didymos and Oscha Slings?

Yes!

For Natibaby, Lennylamb, and Littlefrog, you can order practically anytime. Lead time is around 2 weeks, but most of the time, they arrive quite quickly (around 5 to 7 days). 

For Didymos and Oscha, kindly email us your desired carrier and we will contact you as soon as we open pre-orders for them!

Where are your products made?

Littlefrog, Lennylamb and Natibaby baby carriers and wraps are made in Poland.

Oscha Slings are made in the UK/Scotland.

Didymos is made in Germany.

Zima.ph is the official retailer of these brands of baby carriers in the Philippines.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept bank deposits via BPI and BDO. We also accept Cash on Delivery through LBC. 

We also accept G-Cash, LBC Padala and Palawan Express.

We are continuously adding more payment methods. Stay tuned!.

Can I pick up my orders?

Yes. We allow pick-ups here in Plaridel, Bulacan, by appointment..This is especially helpful for clients who live within the area, specifically in Bulacan or Pampanga. If you have placed an order and would like to pick-up your orders, please contact us.

Do you have a physical store?

Not at the moment. For now, our only store is our online store. But we are more than open to the idea of having a physical store in the near future!

Do your products have warranties?

The Bluetooth Tags and the Night Light with Sensor have a three-month warranty.

All of our baby carriers and woven wraps have a twelve-month manufacturer’s warranty against any manufacturing defect from the time that you bought them from us. Please keep your receipts and warranty cards and/or stickers as proof of purchase.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns and exchanges. All sales are deemed final Rest assured, we have tested the products before sending out – especially the electronic items.

However, for baby wraps and baby carriers bought in the Philippines, we accept exchanges only if the item is deemed to have a manufacturing defect.
